NO BAKE CARAMEL COOKIES
2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 6 oz. can evaporated milk 4 oz. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix 3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk in pan and heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add instant pudding mix and oats. Mix together thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
