Layer Grape Salad

Pioneer Pantry
from the kitchen of Pat Gebauer
4 lb. red and green grapes
Glazed Pecans
Mix:
8oz. room temp. cream cheese
8oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Glazed Pecans:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 T. butter
2 t. water
Mix and boil until brown
Cool on wax paper and beak apart (like brittle)

Then layer the grapes, cream mixture and then pecans
repeat.

You can buy Pecans that are already glazed to save time and money.
